Course introduction

Welcome to L3EN10 HT 2020. The course is given at the Department of Education and Special Education.

The course starts August 31, 2020, at 9 o'clock via Zoom.

Course information

The course consists of five parts, Didactics, Pronunciation, Literature, Grammar and Oral presentation. More information about these parts can be found in Modules, one module for each part. There is an additional module to support  your language development. More detailed information will be given at the course introduction.

 Due to Covid-19

We will give all lectures digitally and most of your workshops and seminars will be held on Campus. The sessions on Campus are marked yellow in the schedule. We will be doing the seminars in big lecture rooms so that we can keep a fair distance between us when discussing and working together.  All necessary information will be given at the introduction.  You will be divided into two seminar groups August 31.

If you have time to read before the course starts, we recommend that you start with:

Sylvén Chapters 1-3 (Introduction)

and Keaveney and Lundberg ch 1

In the Spring of 2021, L3EN10 is not running. There will be one retake opportunity/ module part. For more information look at the Canvas page L3EN10vt21.

Introduction module in Canvas
You can find a module in Canvas that introduces the library to new students. The module is called Library introduction GU (Fall term 2020) and can be found in Canvas under ‘Commons’. Add the module to your course to make it available to students.
 
Filmed library introduction
There is also a filmed library introduction that you are welcome to distribute to the students.
 
Service for students with reading impairments
The library provides extended support for students with reading impairments, such us
  • Help with access to adapted textbooks
  • Longer loan periods
  • Access to reading studios.

Tänk på att sista anmälningsdag till omtentamen är den 10 november 2020.

Det är viktigt att komma till skrivsalen i god tid innan tentamen startar, helst 45 min. innan.

Anmälan görs på Ladok i Studentportalen. 

När du anmäler dig får du en kod som du ska ta med dig till tentamenstillfället. Du ser din kod i Ladok.
